If not fully satisfied with your purchase you may obtain a return code from Jh. After you receive the return code you may return it in appropriate condition at your expense for a full store credit minus the shipping fees for the original purchase and a 5% restocking fee. To obtain a return code send a message to supportservice@jewelherve.ca. You would provide us with your order number and the date of your purchase and the reason that you are not satisfied.  We will send you shipping instructions and a dated return code. Refunds are only available if the return code is requested within 5 days of the delivery date.

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of order placement.
 All prices are expressed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

All sales are transacted through PayPal facilities. Payment can be made using a major credit card or a PayPal account using PayPal facilities. 

We ship orders to all of Canada. We reserve the right at our discretion to cancel and fully refund some purchases.
The buyer agrees to the terms and conditions of this contract by completing the purchase.

Shipping and handling is free on purchases of $100.00 or more, and $30.00 for orders under that amount. Your order will come with a tracking number. All orders are sent via Canada Post.
