Every product we offer is fully described and the pictures and videos that will be presented always show the actual product not just a representation. The photos we use are not enhanced or reprocessed. We only sell genuine gemstones not replications or laboratory produced equivalents.
Product pricing is generally well below the appraised retail value. All products prices are expressed in Canadian Dollars.
Our files and records are all stored in Canada. All transactions are done under industry standard SSL encryption.
We ship products to all parts of Canada.
All shipments are fully insured and tracked.
Shipping is free for all purchases of $100.00 or more, and a flat rate fee of $30.00 is charged on purchases under that minimum.

| IF Clarity | Loupe clean – internally flawless; free of inclusions. |
| VVS Clarity | Almost loupe clean – very, very slight inclusions; inclusions barely seen under 10x magnification. |
| VS Clarity | Usually Eye clean – very slight inclusions; slight inclusions will be visible by the trained eye, or when viewed under 10x magnification. |
| SI Clarity | Slightly included – Inclusions are noticeable and can be seen with the naked eye. |
| I1 Clarity | Included – inclusions are obvious and can be seen with the naked eye. |
| Transparent | A gemstone having the property of transmitting light without serious diffusion / may have rutile or other inclusions. |
| Translucent | Allowing light to pass through, but not transparent. |
| Opaque | Does not allow light to pass through. |
